New regulations mean we need to collect upholstered seating separately from other bulky waste. Read more about government changes to disposing of persistent organic pollutants (POPs).
An upholstered item collection costs £33 for up to four items. If you have a mixture of upholstered and non-upholstered items, you will need to book and pay for separate collections.

What you need to do on collection day
Items must be put out for collection by 7am on the day and will be collected by 5pm. You don't have to be in when we collect your items.
All items are to be left at your normal rubbish and recycling collection point (usually the front of your property) in an easily accessible and visible place at the property boundary. Do not to obstruct foot paths and roads. Our crews are not able to come into your home or garden to help get the items out to the property boundary.
If you live in a flat, the crew will normally collect items from the bin store.
