Bidding process
Once you've been told if you can get a property you can then start bidding for the ones you are eligible for and which interests you. You can do this on the Kent Homechoice website.
Every bid you make is registered along with your details from the housing register.
The information is used to create a shortlist of applications for the property in order of applicant's band and date they registered. The most eligible applicant is offered the property.
If your bid is successful
We will contact you to arrange for you to visit the property as soon as possible. Once you have seen it, you must decide within 24 hours whether you wish to take it. You can check how many bids each property received at Kent Homechoice.
