The role
Maintaining council’s housing stock whilst being responsible to the Assistant Project Surveyor supporting the team in tasks relating to Building Safety & Investments Team.
Main responsibilities
To provide assistance of delivering projects to support the ongoing development of the Building Safety & Investments Team programmes.
To respond to routine correspondence and enquiries from members of the public, suppliers, and other staff.
To deal with all customer contact effectively, and courteously, in line with the council’s policies and procedures.
About you
- Ability to carry out basic Office skills
- Ability to follow set procedures and routines
- Experience of using Microsoft Office
- An awareness of good customer service
- 5x GCSE Qualifications at Grade C (or equivalent) including English and Maths
