Gravesham Local Plan Partial Review
The Government requires us to revisit our Local Plan every five years and we are currently in the process of reviewing the Gravesham Local Plan Core Strategy which was adopted in 2014. We have consulted at Regulation 18 stages 1 and 2 on our Site Allocations and Development Management Policies Document. The next step will be Regulation 19 which will take the Local Plan Partial Review to examination and adoption, once adopted this will set out the planning framework for the borough until 2037.
We are working on our local plan review at the moment, gathering evidence and awaiting the outcomes of the transport study.
