North Kent Enterprise Zone relief
We may grant discretionary rate relief to occupiers of non-domestic properties in the borough for Northfleet Embankments East & West and Ebbsfleet Central Enterprise Zones. The property must be occupied before 31 March 2022. The business rate relief will last for 5 years up to a limit of £55,000 per year and a maximum of £275,000.
