Improvements through the Energy Company Obligation (ECO)
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme to help you pay for improvements to your home’s energy efficiency, for those low income and vulnerable households.
The scheme is for homeowners and private rental tenants.
