Our vision for Gravesham to be Carbon Net Zero by 2030
Climate change is a reality. Over the last 250 years, our actions have increased carbon dioxide emissions by more than 30%. Resulting in higher temperatures and changing the world we live in.
Without taking action now, the impact will be devastating. That is why in 2019, we passed a motion to declare a climate emergency. We pledged to taking action and prepare for the borough to become carbon net zero by 2030.
